Vector. The perks that should be used:

Slight Of Hand/Scanvger

SP(a must)

last perk either Sit Rep, Ninja, or steady aim.

Attechements:

Rapid Fire, or extended mags. Rapid fire is the better option with SP because. SP and RF are the same thing, the difference is that RF adds recoil and decreases accuracy. The Vector has like no recoil, and its a laser. So 25% + 25% = even the pp90 and Mp7 wet themselves at close range against it.

@Aclevermuffin2 i didnt ment like it sucks but in COD most of the maps are small and a thermal scope slows down aiming in closer combat (more moving with mouse (PC) or holding the stick to a side longer) and i myself use thermals somethimes in large maps like wasteland, or i put it on a smg and use smoke grenades to decrease enemy sight and use the thermal to shoot them down.
