i have only just got into misfits but the diretor has completly made me love simon and alisha and this video shows the basic storyline in seconds this is an amazing video and does any one know of any new seasons coming out?
I hope you will update this video with bits from that last series. Simon and Alisha are so heart breaking and romantic. He always loved her, she dies, he finds a way to go back in time and save her. She falls in love and he dies in her arms. She loved the him that is still there, then his love is realized with her and she dies in his arms, and then he goes back to start again. I honestly can't even think about it without crying. I always knew, but I ignored what it would mean for the viewer.
@AvatarTwasCheesy fair point, but Antonia tweeted that she isn't going to be in series 4, which is always gutting. Iwan hasn't tweeted yet though, I dunno if he'll be in series 4. I really, really hope they come back!
I can't believe this theory is right. I just can't believe it. I pretty much haven't stopped crying since last night! I know it's not very likely, but I am praying so, so hard that they'll find a hole in the loop so they can both live and find a way to get round it. My two favourite characters. I will love them forever <3
@miriamhatesyou It won't be an infinite loop because Simon is obviously going back in time to prevent Alisha's death because now he knows when it'll happen.
Now i understand kelly recently have that dude the go back in time power which to give no one ever but they all must die somehow and then only simon survives the awful event runs to the dude storing the power to go back through and back time and now he uses it to become the superhoodie omg i just maybe figured out one of the episodes or someone just said it in the comments :D by the time this is read i could of been in a accident trying to be super hoodie
NICE is such an understatement for this vid...seriously.
& I had that same sinking feeling as Simon & Alisha's story progressed over the last series...that unless Future Simon has ensured that his original future and Present Simon's will diverge (rewriting Future Simon's to a better one), then Simon & Alisha are just stuck. It reminds me of Hawkgirl & Hawkman in DC Comics; one dies, the other is miserable and dies, they're reborn, it starts over.
I watched it three times and totally understand now.

You captured it perfectly. AND YES youtube should automatically let this be constant replay, that's how you actually understand/appreciate your video.

while i do not want to believe this theory i know it can be true, and you portrayed it SO beautifully in this video. very well done! this would be the true definition of a tragic romance. one that is doomed each time, but their love for each other are so strong they are willing to risk their lives each time in the hopes of one day having a happy ending. i don' t think there is a better love story than that.

hehe..that was interesting...really liked the superhoodie part. Though i love Simon/Alisha I've been looking for a good vid or vidlet that focuses on him before the reveal, ends with the reveal or has Alisha waking up in his lair.

He's not going back to stop her from dying. He;s going to go back and do exactly as he did before. He's basically committing suicide by going back.
