It Says If you are unable to hold an 8 hour work day 5 days a week then you are disabled yet they say 1 hour a day is enough, they dont even fallow thier own rules.

Here in Oregon the entire SS is fraudulent and is the highest state in the nation right now for fraud and abuse. Way too many people are getting it and are not even disabled in any way. I have been fighting for 13 years to get it and cannot get it due to all the fraud and abuse in Oregon.I think it is unfair to give SS people money here for not having to work for it and should make them try a job to make sure they cannot work at all rather than giving them the money for not working,

This video is filled with nothing but lies. I have been fighting since 1997 and lost for the 4th time last September. I cannot walk and have severe emotional problems and still was denied because of too much income on the SGA scale. There is too much fraud and abuse in the system and people that can walk and have nothing wrong mentally are getting checks especially here in Oregon. SS is a huge scam and most attorneys are crooks and do not at all want to win for you. My attorney was a big crook.

These attorneys on here that represent people most are bought and paid for by the SS system and will deny you for ever and do not represent the client. I have been fighting it for 13 years. I cannot walk and was in 2 accidents and have severe depression and dysthemia. I cannot write and drive a car either yet still have been permantly denied. Too many people that CAN WORK are getting SS and that is why I cannot get due to the SEVERE FRAUD AND ABUSE in the SS system and an attorny that lied.

@PamelaRP you need a regular doctor they need to know your medical history or they will quickly deny you,you have to have regular doctor visits im struggling now as we speak to visit my doctor cus i cant afford to keep seeing him but it makes you application look belivable when you have a history of doctors visits

@magicoke1 well..its like if your retarted you automaticly get it ..the thing is how bad your disability is if you can fuction in society they wont give it to you..you have to be pretty much messed up in the head or some type of missing limb or be parrellized an a medical history back round check from a doctor
