Sorry for the not so fast Congrats but Congrats in this shiny I wanted a shiny munna as well but you know that the luck anyways Major congrats! =D

@gamewiz98, well good luck and do whatever method works for you, buying all those sandshrews must take ages though as they are not automatically sent to storage in HG/SS like they are in LeafGreen and FireRed and yeah those hatching powers are good when you are SRing the eggs in Black and White Versions, usually best for eggs that take ages to hatch. @pokemonhunt97, cheers and sorry to hear that, although most of the time Egg shinies take longer than 1/8192 shinies and making the eggs and hatching them usually take 10 times longer than SR or encountering targets unless its 1 of those targets that takes ages to SR for. Good luck though as there was a time when I thought I would never get a shiny.

@shinycollector7, yeah more "typical" than lucky as I got Munna in 6 eggs but nothing shined when I filled all the boxes. Sorry to hear about the luck but yeah one day that will change as always it's just a matter of time, although yeah I know it takes a lot of work so congrats for sticking with it especially those roamers.

@gamewiz98, good luck, yeah if you mean in the gamecorner then yeah that should not take too long as you can do like 600 an hour. Yeah those 10,000 steps ones are annoying, had to use the Cgear hatching power max and SR method when I hunted for them.

Ah you take back painfull memories; my first gen V hunt, Munna, more then 1500 eggs without shine xD stopped the hunt. Ah well, going for Solosis now, the abilty is (can) has is awesome, 'cuz you won't take recoil damage from Life orb. Anyways great shiny, and grats! cheers on the cheers you ganne give to my first cheers. ^^

@SirPreyasThe619, everstone has a 50% chance of passing it's holder's nature to the egg, so everstone modest munna has a 54% chance of making eggs with Modest nature, the extra 4% chance is because there is always a chance it will be modest regardless.

On average, how many eggs does it take for you to get a shiny when you are using the Masuda Method? I know the probability, I want to know YOURS specifically, @ShinyDragonKak .

@flamelizard83, most of them have been a few hundred eggs or less but a few took over 3000 and that Zorua took over 4000 eggs.

wait if you fill up the boxes and get to reshiram you cant get it and i think it can be caught and the dragon spiral tower and it can be shiny (not sure if it can)

also why don't you fully EV train the ditto then when you breed it with another pokemon the result wold get EV's of your choice

@piplup2009, indeed it was quick, cheers and well ev training the ditto won't do anything for the eggs as it's only IVs that can be passed down, also I don't like using Ditto's as pokemon can only "get along very well" if the same species and evolution stage are bred.
