@unipangma, theres a program called Audacity, download it and record yourself with a microphone and highlight the whole recording and then go to the effects tab and click change pitch. u can make it reallly high or reallly low

When they actually speed up the voices for the movie they use a much better program. They can actually sing at the same pace but they slow down just the audio frequency in the voice range so the song still sounds normal paced. This try was a good effort though.

That's the cheap and very old way of doing it, a motion picture studio now, with millions of dollars and sound engineers wouldn't waste their time doing that. They have programs now that can easily change the just the pitch of someones voice without having to record at half speed. That would be like saying they recorded the entire movie voices at half speed, you would have to be a moron to believe that.

Just look for a "Audio Pitch Changer", you can download one yourself.

it would be close to impossible for the singers to sing to a beat that slow.. there are ways to adjust the pitch without messing with the speed. maybe in their case they do a little bit of both, so that the singers can sing in a normal key at a normal beat
