Thanx for making the video!! Totally agree with you on that one!! I'm going to clear this up for everryone. Puppy Mill dogs are usually found in pet stores and not with private breeders. Now, if a "private" breeder wants to meet you at safeway, and won't let you come to their house to see the puppies, then walk right away, because that is usually a puppy mill breeder. If you go and the puppies are in poor condition, walk away. Only buy from reliable breeders!!!!
I say stop the puppy mills but people also say don't buy a puppy from a private owner which is really not fair cuz some of us really do care about the puppies we sell and check and see how the puppies are doing after the sale. Stop telling people not to buy from newspapers some are very healthy if the owner/breeder does all the necessary vaccines.

Most of them didn't want puppy mills. If I were the president, or Bill Gates. I would spend my money on starving children, trying to stop animal abuse, and a lot of other things.
Then wat happens to the pet store pups. well... they go to shelters if they are not brought and eventually if not brought they will be put down. Is there ever gonna be a way to rid the world of the mills??

I rescue miniature pinschers and most of them are puppy millers. Usually when a breeder gets done with the ones that can have no more puppies or gets sick or whatever they will release to a rescue group. Many times they euthenize. I have several unadoptable ones that will just live their lives out here with me. They are unadoptable. They are petrified of people and skiddish and don't know what human touch is. Even after four years they still don't respond to a name.

i work for a 1-800 number call center, and i took a call yesturday, the guy told me he owned a puppy mill, it has been the one call in my life that has ever effected me the way it did, i plan on finding out where he lived and reporting it to the police monday morning, thank you for putting this up and making people aware of whats going on.

1. if you know or are supsicous of a puppy mill call the humaine society or someone you know who can help
2. donate money to stop puppy mills

these poor dogs!!! i wouldnt want to live if i were them!! i hate people who do this!!! if i had enough money i would buy ever dog cat animal thats being abused or hurt and then take care of them cause all they want is love not to be abused!!!! urgh i think people have a fun time abusing them i cant even stand looking at pictures of them being abused if one of my dogs were being abused i would be so p.o.!!!! urgh!!! stupid dumb people!!!! the dogs should have their own nice place to live!!!!!!!!

yea these kind of puppy mills are bad. i just think they should be strictly regulated and have frequent health inspections and have a vet on site to make sure nothing happens to them and thier treated right

I wish local papers and ad magazines would stop allowing people to advertise in their publications. I just read 11 ads for all differnt kinds of puppies in the same mag, with the same address and phone #. THAT is a puppy mill. take away their ability to advertise! write them, petition them...anything!

got my puppy from a pet store, only to realise after they used puppy mills, and were later shut down. Now my dog is horrified of everything.. He wasnt a normal puppy! We need to stop this.

People who run these Puppy Mills should be SHOT AND PISSED ON!! this is SO sad. I did a project on Puppy Mills On Friday, and my teacher said it was heart breaking. :[

I am guilty of passing pet stores going in and "thinking" about purchasing a puppy...i never have...Now i will never think about buying a puppy from a pet shop again...Thank you for posting this.... I am now aware of the horrible conditions that occur in these places...

Thanks for getting the word out. I rescue, and see first hand what becomes of these poor dogs and their unhealthy puppies. Lets spread the word. I cannot imagine ANYONE buying from a puppy store if they know this is where the puppies come from. The people who run these hell holes belong in jail or worse.
