I have spoke with many anglers at the Trout Unlimited meeting and they are pretty disgusted on what has become of the KLG since they made easy access. It is so overrun with cars, walkers, bikers, dogs and screaming kids swimming in the "trout conservation area" stream. Sure it's a puplic place and everyone should have a right to access it but people need to tread lightly or they are going to ruin it fast. Next they will have to put up "No littering" and "Pick up after your dog" signs everywhere.

Yes they made the road better but now it's like Disneyland there. Now it's overrun with people. Now there is dog shit all over the side of the road, kids swimming in all the trout holes, people sitting on lawn chairs in the stream (trout conservation area!) and less places for the fisherman to park. What was once a beautiful natural place is know a tourist attraction. People want to be close to nature but they ruin nature to access it. Very sad
