I disagree,many others who i know here in holland will simply not get the same kind of high unless they hold the toke for around 5-7 seconds. This i believe is the optimal time. How do you think the THC gets into your system? It's a chemical in the smoke which is absorbed into the bloodstream (in the lungs) then the deoxygenated blood is returned to the heart along the pulmonary vein and then pumped around your body, giving you a high, just like nicotine. longer toke = increase thc absorbed
