I love the song, your voice could carry a soulstriking tune without any instrumentation at all. I guess that comes from your father, who's work I could see fitting (by way of your talent) the sound of Stevie Nicks and Trace Adkins.
Not to mention your absorbing stage presence. No gimmicky soliloquies to draw them in, just real down home anecdotes.
