Lol this was hilarious. It did make Bossman look like a bit of a pussy though for getting so butt hurt over a few moma jokes. The ironic thing is Bossman went far further than Rude or Heanen in slagging off Big Shows Moma years later.

It was pretty funny that you could get the heave-ho for joking about someone's mom. I remember NHL players joking about it in reference to getting game misconducts and penalties. It even got a small blurb in the Calgary Sun at the time. I loved it when kayfabe angles were taken semi-seriously by the media, wrestling was way more fun then.

@DANfan69 I remember reading was that Rick Rude came to a contract impasse with WWF,leading to his jumping ship to WCW.it turned out to be a much better move for his career,although he made about the same,money-wise.
