First, you remember that guy appears at the very beginning at episode 16? What he will do? will he help shu?

Second, at the end of episode 16, shu's mom said "sorry shu". Why she apologize to shu? she must regard to do something...

Third, why Inori have that power to penetrate that girl( i forgot the name)'s hand? Inori = Mana?

I agree, Shu knew that what he was doing wasn't quite right, but he did what he had to in order to protect as many as he could. He knew that the situation was actually unfair and that not everyone was going to make it, and for a leader that is the hardest thing to ever face. Despite him being hesitant and a real jerk sometimes, I think that he did the best he could do with the situation at hand.

Personally I think the reason why Inori has become a Yandere figure is because Shuu is opening up to his "Power of Kings." He's becoming more of a "King" that he was meant to be, (refer to ep. 12), and furthermore Inori was just a vessel for Mana in the first place.
