@Vair575... i completely agree with you... if there would be some band that could change the way music is recognized, it would have to be by luck, and only by luck... and with the way that music is distributed these days... even the best band that could do and re-write music prob will never be heard by the masses. And plus every kind of music, to my knowledge has gone to the forefront of the masses already, there is no more underground to push through the mainstream anymore!
If 2012 has so many theories, what if musically we awaken on a new style of music. And then finally we can say "in 2000's we played in this kind a style".
You're right! Chad was using a lot of cymbals and sounded "weaker". That's because Dave is a monster at hitting the drums. But Chad is definitive an important part of the Bleach-sound
this is one of my favorite Nirvana songs of all time. I love it. I've never heard this version before. Evergreen State college are you kidding me! You Tube rocks!
Todays music is bad bad bad bad, and im not just an old dude saying that, i mean it really is terrible. We need another kurt cobain but one who can survive.
@shane31lv I agree...the 50's, 60's 70's 80' and 90's all have their own predominant style of music for their time, but in the 2000's nothing has happened.
Maybe Emo is the only new genre of music that has merged in this decade. Nothing has happened nothing...2000's seam like an extension of the 90's but at a much more lamer pace.
@shane31lv In some point you're right, todays commercial music sucks really hard, but there are still very very good artists alive and making music, see the newest CD of Neil Young, or Bob Dylan, and also the meat puppets still play (although they lost lot of their roughness) those are just the artists that not sell their soul for commercial succes.
Off course Cobain is something quite different in style, but the fact that Young and Cobain were allmoste each others biggest fans, says enough...
@shane31lv check out corey taylor from stone sour, he's pretty damn close, has sold millions of albums world wide, has done countless collaborations with rock artists, he sounds like kurt here
it seems these 3 assholes weren't at peace with themselves

Con Chad NIRVANA sonaba mas dark...La doble pedalera que ocupaba hacía las canciones mas rápidas y mas pesadas, Chad se notaba que tocaba Jazz.
