  • I must watch more porn to cure me of my internet food video addiction...

  • This is the dish that will get me heart failure D:

  • Excellent recipe, but I think roasting to a final temp of 160 is much too high. For me, 150 would give me the juicy meat I prefer, but it was still delicious. Thanks for sharing!

  • Just fixed this and it was very moist. I served it with Cabbage, onion and apples and it was great. The flavor's melded very well together.

  • @hrlydave83 i'm gonna try this out tomorrow :)

  • Damn this makes me hungry.

  • your only a real moron if you think that pork is cooked the right way it's way to overcooked

  • A dish that was so easy to prepare, my 7 year old daughter had it all ready to pop in oven within minutes. We added 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to the spices used for the rub, just for a bit of extra crisp..... it was a wonderful dish! Loved by the whole family!!

  • Looks like equal amounts, its not rocket science.

  • Ho.oo this looks good!

  • looks overcooked

  • bacon strip and bacon strips

  • @JVL8701 I say he use to little bacon,,

  • I would marinate the roast ahead of time and drizzle more glaze on serving or place glaze on the side.

  • The only thing missing is more bacon strips.

  • No muslim will be able to resist this, buwahahaha!

  • looks tough and dry!

  • EpicMealTime :)

  • Simple meal, with great taste, I will be doing this this weekend for sure.

  • Looks dry from here...

  • Where is the taste option??? D:

  • YUM.

  • awesome!

  • As a registered dietician I can say without reservation based on years of scientific studies that poek, sausage, hot dogs, contain extremely high levels cancer causing carcinegens that have proven to increase the odds of pancreatic, stomach, and colon cancer. One of the top five worst foods to eat.

  • Not enough bacon. ADD BACON STRIPS ADD BACON STRIPS

  • I'm drooling.

  • damn that looks delicious

  • @roytonvaleafc I was going to see if that awesome carrots recipe would be made into a vid next.

  • @sevlow49 with all due respect, I wasn't the one blowing someone after making this.

  • I find this easy to masturbate to!!!

  • you should have some gravey on there

  • This guy would make a good baseball commentator and the pork looked nice until he put it on the plate with mash and those crap looking veg.

  • I was looking at a how to on the grill but this oven recipe looks almost fool proof. I dont have bacon but i rub it with spices, boy the end result sure does look good !!

  • Made this dish and luckily (from other research) I knew to let it "rest" after cooking. I let a 2.3 pound roast rest for 10 minutes and I should have let it rest for about 15 and maybe as much as 20. Still, it was juicy and tender. I can't say that the spices, glaze or bacon necessarily added that much. On the other hand, I've not made one before WITHOUT the spices, so take that with a grain of salt. Anyway, easy, tasty and filling. And the roast was 7.99/lb and would feed about 3 hungry people.

  • @swistedfilms i take ur comment with a grain of salt. Porkify this roast :p

  • It would really be helpful if there was a link to your website for this show giving the ingredients and their measurements. You can't expect for your audience to know that.

  • @TheKatCurlee

If you click on "Show more" under the video, you'll find both the recipe and link to our website.

  • @LightsCameraCook - Bought a "center cut" pork loin 2 mths ago and FINALLY thawed it out and have it in the oven now -=) I used a BBQ dry rub recipe from another user to test out on it.. I will keep my fingers crossed. I think I will take mine out @ about 140-145 deg to account for carry over cooking. Hope my first try at pork loin is a good result

  • @TheKatCurlee

We didn't expect one of the audience couldn't even click "show more" to see if there's exact measurements.

  • @TheKatCurlee what an idiot read the description you dumb ass

  • @jennieandnathan it takes a idiot to know one. For what reason was there for you to abuse someone? Cause they didn't think to look at show more? Perhaps you are too stupid to realise that this person most likely doesn't know the internet very well.

  • @bizarreunderworld Then perhaps they shouldn't be on the internet...

  • @calimaninaz Hmm, i disagree. Perhaps someone should educate them in the correct manner. After all, those rude for no reason usually hate their own life.

  • @TheKatCurlee - FAIL

  • @TheKatCurlee You could always stop being a ninny and cook by feel instead of recipe. Recipes are just guidelines to cooking, not rules, unless it's baking.

  • A little overcooked don't you think!?

  • It's overcooked.

  • @no2religions look overcooked from here , plus this aint real cooking !

  • @scarecrowFTW666 Roasting is "real" what do you mean? :)

  • @snowblazer12. They later edited the video and added the precise measurements for the glaze and the rub. You're not paying attention.

  • He blinks a lot

  • YUUUUUUMMMMMMMMM...........

  • Forgot to mention that I used applewood smoked bacon. Gave it a hint of apple cinnamon.

  • I just did this recipe. It was absolutely delicious. I did this with only a 1.61 pound tenderloin. Took me a total of about 40 minutes including the post glaze roasting. Took it out when it was exactly at 160 F in the middle. So tender you could cut it with a fork (literally) and the flavor was just amazing.

  • NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM

  • cool, reminds me of finnish food

  • I think they don't give specific amounts for the rub or glaze because it depends on the size of the pork loin... to be fair, if you can't use your own initiative and work it out then you shouldn't really be cooking stuff like this, lololol.

Good video... but lose the cheesy music, hahaha. ^_^

  • mmmm man so beautiful all white and tasty

  • soo overcooked

  • @Bulgur05

    not really

  • yeah, on the grill this weekend!

  • @luvlife347 they edited the vid and added the amounts you use for the rub and the glaze. Let us know how it turns out. It's simple to make and extremely good. Definitely something I'll be making again and again. Good luck.

  • Made this last week and it was great. As moist and tender as can be. Now I'm going to have to try it in my Dutch Oven using charcoal. Just might be my new Deer Camp favorite. Pork on pork with brown sugar thrown in. How can you go wrong with that?

  • bacon strips and bacon strips and bacon strips..

  • Rico!!!!

  • Rico!!!!

  • I don't like the sound of the combination of your spices, I think Fennel and pork is magic! Your meat looked dry and your veg looked boring - sorry for being so negative - Oh I'll shut up!!!!

  • Pork is the meat of kings! It's made from pig, try it with onion rings! Pork sure goes with everything 'cause it's made from swine and swine sure tastes fine! Just bring some to the picnic baby You know you wanna' stuff it in my hamper, but please put it in some tupperware 'cause I don't wanna' be a porky chancer! Just talk about pork, Converse about meat! Veggies beat wedgies, but meat can't be beat! Ham and bacon, you should taste them, I know it's surprisin' but it' so appetisin'

  • use twice as much bacon for better results.

  • I made this tonight and it tastes great! The glaze and bacon does it!

    Thanks

  • For the record, I made this dish after seeing this video. I had to guess on the amount of ingredients when making the rub and glaze. Luckily, I'm not an idiot. Turned out phenomenal. The girl I made it for ended up mouthifying my wang that night. Big thumbs up for this vid. Great dish.

  • @elbob17 women mouthifying wangs, FTW!

  • @elbob17 sounds like u got two types of porking in :p

  • Man, that looks good... I'll just have to wait til I've lost a few pounds before trying it.

  • hi can i use just a regular pork roast with this recipe?

  • @Juicyjulz100

Absolutely. Just use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking. You can also easily de-bone the pork loin by sliding your knife along the bones to remove.

  • @LightsCameraCook thank-you so much.. i will definately be making this dish today:-)
