This is exactly the kind of mix I would expect to hear at a rave. I once impressed a DJ by giving him props for mixing the end credit music from Poltergeist into whatever else he was playing- he said of all the times he'd used it, I was the only one to recognize it.

Yes, the original was and still is good by itself, and should be enjoyed as such, but this is far from the worst reworking of a classic tune that I've ever encountered.

It's sad that Trance and most modern electronic music fans mostly don't know names such as Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk or Gary Numan, those who before were known as the kings and founders of electronic music. I like to see people having pleasure for music, but i do think some knowledge is really important, and basically respect for previous generations of music styles.
