I can't find it in my clients' accounts either. I'm UK based so I'm guessing it's either US only (like most new features that come out unfortunately) and will roll out later here. Or it might be gradually rolling out to all accounts. Check weekly.
It'd be great if we Google could say who's likely to have it in their accounts when they promote new features like this wouldn't it?
