@OnlyLifeMatters Nobody is really sure. On Halo 2 when the elites were kicked from the Covenant they became the "Covenant Seperatists". Other species(including grunts and hunters) also joined them and fought alongside the elites and against the Covenant Loyalists. On Halo 3 grunts and hunters still work for the Covenant however. this is probably because it would have been confusing for the player to have encountered both freindly and hostile grunts. I think it is safe to assume yes though.
@Aw3someL0rd Hmm. Halo story is sure very intriguing, one of the best I've ever seen in a video game. Not that I wouldn't be well satisfied with the PS3, Killzone 2 and Siren Blood Curse are way too cool, but still missing out Halo pisses me out. Rather having PS3, but still. Not having Halo annoys me.
@OnlyLifeMatters Indeed it is. Its the main reson I have an xbox, lol. There are few games that have stories I absolutely LOVE, and Halo(along with KotOR and a few others) proved to be one of those.
@OnlyLifeMatters halo wars was fun. i wouldnt mind a sequel. however, flood being in the campaign kinda ruined the story, but then again the Spirit of Fire never returned to known space, so i guess it makes sense. p.s. sorry i responed so late, but Reach just came out... you know how that goes.

@OnlyLifeMatters ive never played that game, but i know its about a girl with skimpy clothes that kicks ass, so win win there lol. also, Mass Effect 2 is coming to PS3, which used to be xbox exclusive... and Bungie doesnt own Halo any more... you never know, but then again thats EA, not Microsoft. Also, if you really crave more Halo, you could read The Fall of Reach. I had that book for years and finally picked it up last summer. It was a really good.
@Aw3someL0rd I think that Halo should be an Xbox exclusive. Exclusives bring competition to the game industry, and since they represent big companies, they receive large amounts of financial support for developing. This results in better quality in final product. F.e, I bet that Metal Gear Rising will be a piece of junk compared to MGS4. But I'll probably buy the book, yes, everyone's been raving about 'em.

@OnlyLifeMatters I think the same thing lol. Thats why im kind of mad EA is releasing Mass Effect 2 on PS3(which you should check out when it does, if you played KotOR, you will love it). The book was good, i cant seem to find time to read the other 5 though. Marvel is also coming out with a fall of reach comic if your too lazy to read(like I was until last summer, i had that book since 2001!) and no, I dont have a ps3. But, God of war is one of the few PS games i know. I loved the PSP one.
@Aw3someL0rd I played first Mass effect on my PC back in '08 when it was released, and loved it. Yes, I understand why you're mad EA is releasing ME2 on PS3 - same thing goes with Metal Gear Rising being released on X360. It sucks, I mean, how can anyone get a clue of the story, when you haven't played the previous ones that were PS exclusives? Especially when it's about METAL GEAR, that is extremely story-driven.

The final solution you made in the end of the game (I put the Council into demise in order to make humans strong!) and possibly all the other solutions, like did you sacrifice Ash (hell no), did you kill Wrex and so on should have an impact on sequel. I guess that you get to chose the ending of ME1 in the beginning of ME2, but it still sucks. Nevertheless, I probably buy it since my PS3 is better than my PC

I had enough of him in Knights of the Old Republic, and in Mass Effect he was straight up annoying. Bioware really needs to stop recycling characters.

yep cortana is Dr.Hasely pretty much she told the truth in halo 3 that she is a collection of memories and what she says in the cortana misson is in the first halo book which is the fall of reach i recomend reading all 4 halo books

holy crap these videos are surprisingly well put together. After i beat the game i found the best part of it were is cut scene's and the Voice Overs with Cortana and the Gravemind, im thrilled that someone put them together, and so well!

@OnlyLifeMatters halo wars was fun. i wouldnt mind a sequel. however, flood being in the campaign kinda ruined the story, but then again the Spirit of Fire never returned to known space, so i guess it makes sense. p.s. sorry i responed so late, but Reach just came out... you know how that goes.

@OnlyLifeMatters ive never played that game, but i know its about a girl with skimpy clothes that kicks ass, so win win there lol. also, Mass Effect 2 is coming to PS3, which used to be xbox exclusive... and Bungie doesnt own Halo any more... you never know, but then again thats EA, not Microsoft. Also, if you really crave more Halo, you could read The Fall of Reach. I had that book for years and finally picked it up last summer. It was a really good.

@Aw3someL0rd I think that Halo should be an Xbox exclusive. Exclusives bring competition to the game industry, and since they represent big companies, they receive large amounts of financial support for developing. This results in better quality in final product. F.e, I bet that Metal Gear Rising will be a piece of junk compared to MGS4. But I'll probably buy the book, yes, everyone's been raving about 'em.
Check God of War 3 and Heavenly Sword out, they're great ^^. Do you have PS3?

@OnlyLifeMatters I think the same thing lol. Thats why im kind of mad EA is releasing Mass Effect 2 on PS3(which you should check out when it does, if you played KotOR, you will love it). The book was good, i cant seem to find time to read the other 5 though. Marvel is also coming out with a fall of reach comic if your too lazy to read(like I was until last summer, i had that book since 2001!) and no, I dont have a ps3. But, God of war is one of the few PS games i know. I loved the PSP one.

@Aw3someL0rd I played first Mass effect on my PC back in '08 when it was released, and loved it. Yes, I understand why you're mad EA is releasing ME2 on PS3 - same thing goes with Metal Gear Rising being released on X360. It sucks, I mean, how can anyone get a clue of the story, when you haven't played the previous ones that were PS exclusives? Especially when it's about METAL GEAR, that is extremely story-driven.

@Aw3someL0rd Yes, I really was wondering that when I heard about this PS3 version of ME2. The final solution you made in the end of the game (I put the Council into demise in order to make humans strong!) and possibly all the other solutions, like did you sacrifice Ash (hell no), did you kill Wrex and so on should have an impact on sequel. I guess that you get to chose the ending of ME1 in the beginning of ME2, but it still sucks. Nevertheless, I probably buy it since my PS3 is better than my PC

@OnlyLifeMatters there is a part at the very beginning where Miranda questions you about your past and I think whatever you say you did is true from there on. sadly, i think Wrex is dead if you didnt import the save, Ashley appears for 1 minute to yell at you, and Arbiter... i mean Anderson barely acknowledges you, but Kaiden/Carth is gone! I had enough of him in Knights of the Old Republic, and in Mass Effect he was straight up annoying. Bioware really needs to stop recycling characters.

For some reason this video stops loading after the first 4 minutes, and those 4 minutes take awhile to load. I have not had any problem with other videos - I'll try disabling my firewall for just a minute or two, see if that improves. but otherwise, grr.

yep cortana is Dr.Hasely pretty much she told the truth in halo 3 that she is a collection of memories and what she says in the cortana misson is in the first halo book which is the fall of reach i recomend reading all 4 halo books

I don't blame ya dude, this storyline was confusing at times. I had to call my friend to get clarification about the ARK, but it turns out he thought all the levels after Floodgate took place on Earth b/c he accidentally skipped a scene and I ended up explaining everything to him! XD
