One of the masterpieces of the art of transcription! Tausig is to be ranked in this skill (at least in my personal opinion) with Liszt, Busoni, Godowsky, Rosenthal, Siloti, Friedman & Company.

Oh, not forgetting Schulz-Evler who was a ...Tausig student!!!

But we ought to point out, this arrangement isn't of Weber's "Rondo Brillante," which is a different piece, but of his "Invitation to the Dance."
