it's pretty lame when people try to analyze stuff like this....it is what you see and hear. Eye had a concept with 77 drummers in mind and this is what he did with the idea....any of you folks know 77 drummers that would get together at the same time & help you make your conception a reality?....why does everything have to be based on a "serious composition"? seems pretty "serious" to me or could it be just "FUN"?

Would be great if someone actually wrote a serious composition for this many kit players. It's rare you would ever see a group this large, shame they don't actually have anything good to play when you do see one. A lot of fun stuff could be done with capable players and a group this size.

this aint so good. like its just the same rhytmic figure repeated over and over with various sounds and sound effects. you must remeber you can literally put any sound over a repeated sound, and if you repeat it over and over it will be hypnotic. so i give this a thumbs down. plus fuck the fanboys who only like this shit cuz of the asian woman.

but my question to you is why does this need to be special? what? 77 drummers can just preform whenever they want?

whatever it is i don't think it's any reason to search. i think it was just for the fact of the repeating seven. they did it again on August 8, 2008 calling it 88Boadrum which was the same thing although it was 88 drummers playing an 88 minute composition.
