i think its hilarious that EVERYONE for the most part is defending the use of alcohol for a christian. ya having a beer isnt a sin. but glorifying it in a video by a christian band who has claimed to spread the word of god and claims to be christians. who also knows that people who are underage anyway listen to them and watch videos by them....wow. also, if you went to church and your preacher was like "yoo lets drink some beers man" would you really trust him to teach you about christ?

I love how everyone always brings up the "but Jesus turned water into wine" wine then was nothing like today's beverages.If your heart is 100% sold out for Christ then drinking shouldn't be an interest to you. I believe that the intentions of drinking to get drunk is wrong. Scripture condemns drinking all throughout the Bible and you can clearly see God doesn't agree with it. I feel like Jake and Matt have the strongest foundation built on God and will pray for the others :)

@BeholdTheWar however, being a christian requires holding yourself to a higher standard. we all wil sin, christian or not. but as a true christian you will not knowingly sin without remorse or for "fun". i see nothing wrong with having a few beers, but having it in the fridge and other coolers seems a bit much for someone professing the love of God. and joking about "once gay always gay" is something a christian would not purposely joke about or find humorous.

@BeholdTheWar i normally wouldnt respond to such ignorant accusations, because if you knew me or seen me you wouldnt say that. its quite funny actually. however, the bible does say not to do things that may cause your brothers to stumble, and with them being in the public eye professing Gods love, then to make a joke of homosexuality and obviously support large amounts of alcohol is hypocritical. but, those who accuse others of being uptight, are usually trying to get away with something!

Also, they "support large amounts of alcohol" simply because they keep beer in their tour bus? I highly doubt they drink to get drunk, and they're on tour for months at a time! Of course they're going to keep beer on the bus, that's just common sense. You seemed determined to make mountains out of molehills.

@antpur Monster sends the artists Monster cans with drinking water in them. When it gets as hot as it does on Warped Tour it's not good for you to be drinking a whole lot of energy drinks and skimping on water. So when the fans and media see the Monster cans everywhere the company still gets the exposure but the artists can stay better hydrated.
