Only problem with the sky bridge is that meteor hits then only produce a few ore. Not even enough to spawn meteor heads around it. So be sure to build it only after you have crafted all your meteor gear including the star cannon, full suit of armor, phase blade and space gun. The suit has a set bonus where the space gun consumes no manna and increases magic damage 5%

you dont really need normal mushrooms since you can buy normal healing potions, but what you do need is glowing mushrooms so you can upgrade your normal healing potions

@marksman805 You need mushroom grass seeds. Chance to get it from harvesting natural grown glowing mushrooms. Place seed on mud below sea level and it will spread to grow mushroom grass. Which is the purple stuff.

Great tips, i already had mushroom farms, but the road for farming stars and mushrooms is a great idea. But isn't it easier to use a pickaxe while running along the road, that way you don't have to click all the time, you can just hold the mousebutton (although there are a few weapons that also work that way, like Muramasa and The Breaker).

@joseph2bc normal red mushrooms appear in the wild,they are not able to be planted persay. glowing mushrooms are found in the deeper pasrts of the Underground. you need a axe to chop down the tall stakes of mushrooms. hopefully then you will get the glowing mushroom seeds. The seeds needed to be planted in mud blocks(dirk bloak will not work. AND under a depth of 0 (the depthmeter is handy for that.))

@SuperSleeper74 You need Glowing Mushroom Seeds. They can be found not too far underground. You also need mud. Plant a mushroom seed on the mud and then it will spread. You usually don't have high-end gear at that point.

here are the basic requirements for basic mushrooms:has to have sunlight does not need empty backround make sure there is a layer of non-dirt blocks under EACH ROW if wildgrass does not grow there isnt enough sun glowshrooms:simple make it like the creater of this vid did but they will only grow on MUD place stone under mud so it dont fall then when mushroom grass is grown it will have support so remove the stone also only grows 4 below on depth meter thumbs so people see and if it helped =s >=s
