There wasn't a single Mexican in UT, the US took AZ, CO and NM without firing a shot because there was barely a Mexcan there. There were 5x as many anglos in TX as there were Mexicans in 1836 BEFORE TX became a Republic. You can't just draw some lines on a map and say, "This land that none of us live in is ours." You have to go there and take it. You didn't, the USA did.

Listen, half-baked. I'm talking PRACTICAL usage. There have been batteries discovered of the ancient world between the 7th & 3rd centuries BC, but they were hardly practical. There've been steam-powered trinkets & toys found in ancient Rome, but the practical correlation never came. The numeric "0" in Mesoamerica was circular shaped. These all existed, but nobody figured their other uses. Anybody can draw a circle; doesn't mean they can change a tire.

The United States of America was base on receiving the world's poor and the unwanted. But the unwanted did become part of the American fiber and prospered. Now we get the illegals that don't want to participate in the American process or become productive. They just want a free ride and freeload. And want us to pay for it.
