I think I can explain the wow player reactions by giving an example; we all had that one toy we liked but one day we were bored of it and it ended up with all other unused toys. Until one day a friend comes along showing u something similar to that one toy you disliked. At this point if you don't show something of similar design and claim it to look better it would make u seem like an underdog. In the end we get that one toy we hated and claim it as something awesome.

@jDudinec Based on what? Ive read the Bane series and just from what I've seen of Malgus in the trailers I do believe he would win in a battle. I give Bane credit for having cunning for a man of his size, but Malgus would defeat him. And Zannah is a different animal, and as we've seen with Satele who is more of a force user than lightsaber combatant, without assistance she would have lost. Zannah uses sorcery, that's her strength, so I doubt she could handle Malgus in combat.

I never said anything about all MMORPGs being WoW clones, so you are instantly wrong there. Furthermore, SWTOR uses the same mechanics as WoW. You have abilites, you have 3 talent trees per class, you have instanced battlegrounds, etc etc.

For a game that was advertised as being something NEW and GENRE BREAKING it didn't do a very good job of it.

Actually, Warhammer: Age of Reckoning featured large PVP battlegrounds that were not instanced (as well as having instanced battlegrounds). And by abilities I mean "skills that you learn by level, attach to a skill bar and press a button to use."

The game is a WoW clone. If you want an MMO that is different from the norm then I suggest looking into Planetside 2.

@masterwarrior1000 well as far as the game goes.. if they have a single blade and heavy armor they are a Juggernaut, single blade and just robes are Sith Sorcerers, 2 lightsabers are Sith Marauders and if they have a dual saber-staff then sith assassins

but again those are weapon restrictions in the game so you can't really classify characters in trailers or anything solely by them
