  • This program seems OK, but If you want to get your surf paddling fitness totally pumped up, then get a Vasa Trainer like I did. It works, flat out. Every surf session now is so much better and longer without that knife in the back feeling. Plus I can catch much bigger, faster waves than when I was a 20 year old! I do IndoBoard some medicine ball and some yoga too. Check out this video by Sam George talking about it on YouTube called Surfing fitness on Vasa Trainer
