Actually, the 'Hagane Hei' is supposed to be pronounced as Kouhei...if I'm not wrong... D;

I guess since its a kanji, there are many ways to read it ;)

@Seiryuudo Yeah, for the most part kanji have two different readings - their Japanese reading, when the kanji is used by itself, and the Chinese reading, which is used in a compound i.e. when there are two or more kanji used to make a single word. For 鋼兵, the 鋼 is read "hagane" by itself and "kou" when used in a compound. 兵 has the Japanese reading of "tsuwa", and the Chinese reading "hei". As the name is a compound, we use the Chinese readings and get "Kouhei".
