  • whnahadejehernhh... CHAAARRGE!

  • lol funny

  • however it was recorded. it it canned laughter in the sense that it is contrived and unnatural, i don;t need a cue to laugh! No need!

  • It's quite nice actually.

  • What a stupid question. Everyone is a virgin at the start of their lives, so why ask what it's like?

Ah, unless daddy buggered you as a newborn, and you're genuinely curious.

  • That guy got slaughtered!

  • Its not canned laughter u idiot...

  • That's the term used for the laughter put over sitcoms and comedy shows. So it most defiantly is. They don't actually hire people to sit there and laugh when they think it's funny. They hire people to sit and laugh at everything. That's how t.v works. :P

  • You daft eedjit.

    This ISN'T canned laughter.

Its very rarely done - but for Big Train the sketches were recorded and THEN shown to a live audience. True! (Both series were shot entirely on location (series one on 35mm film and series two on DigiBeta) and later shown to a live audience so that a laugh track could be recorded.)

  • With or without a blinking sign that goes "laugh" when they're suppose to?

  • There is a difference between canned laughter and a laughter track...

  • you just copied aqnd pasted that off wikipedia!!! and i think we all know Wiki isnt always correct! im not saying your wrong im just saying whats said on Wiki is not carved in stone!

  • Wikipedia contains knowledge, through plagiarism and history. Why don't you go make a better website with more and accurate information then.

  • what film is this from?

  • its not a film. Its a TV sketch show called big train. Hence the comedy sketch and canned laughter

  • you twatter stop trying to be a smart arse.

i meant, is the joke from the sketch from any film in particular?

  • well thats why i mentioned the fact that it has canned laughter. I don't know of many films that have canned laughter all the way through them. That doesn't mean I'm being a smart arse

  • It's not a parody any particular film. It was a running gag throughout Big Train, like the 'Oh, wait!' sketches :)

  • OF any particular film even. And I meant to reply to the Torminator.

  • a running gag? what was the running gag part of the others? i'm guessing it was the fact he always made out what he was going to say would be important, then no one understood? :D

do you know if the other ones are on youtube? :)

  • Simon Pegg, a great comic actor who also writes fantastic stuff and can chow amazing diversity, he is also charismatic and charming without any hint of arrogance and does not ever feel the need to be condescending, basically the talented polar opposite of Ricky Gervais. (sorry of my spelling is wrong i'm not in a position to give a flying f@*ck

  • are you ricky gervais?

  • i've had a pretty crap day, and your comment just made me laugh till i cried, so thankyou XD

  • Clearly it's "Withum han ajenoa che"

  • See, its the most important thing that he will ever say, but he mumbled it so no one heard it. And then he died...you weren't supposed to understand his mutter.

  • Oh ok. Thanks for clearing that up :)

  • this is classic,i dunno why its not more famous
