no actually its a prototype custom shop flathead telecaster, that latley was available with 2 pickups, emg 81/60, fender discontinued the series in late 06....but jims signature model is almost exactly like those guitars....JIM ROCKS!!!!!!
stone sour is completely different from alipknot... i really like them both.. and i know corey's voice is alike in both bands... but that's not a big problem.. as i said before it's his "VOICE"

can we stop the comparing of stone sour and slipknot. Stone sour is hard rock melodic and slipknot is Nu metal/melodic. Stone sour has been around longer than slipknot and both bands are fuckin awsome. i love both.
Fucking A. Corey said in an interview that Stone Sour isn't meant to be Slipknot, they arn't meant to sound alike. Sometimes people want to do different style of music and a second band can help with that easily.
