@tapdance5678 I had the same problem. I solved some of rentaro's puzzles and then sent Yumi another avatar from her computer. Then the picture arrived after I sent the avatar.

Okay, these are a few tips.

Talk to everyone, go to sleep, visit some other places.

Make sure you complete one of each of Rentaro's puzzles.

I was in the exact situation as you.

What I did was I simply went to Yumi's apartment, and I got a text message, and it was the picture.

@tapdance5678 I figured it out, just do more puzzles and/or bento boxes until you get a staticky phone call, you will get the photo right after that. I got my photo after I did a few more puzzles.

The people who created the game didn't think the player would be able to tell the difference between chinese and japanese. Also, the message says 6925

Actually, that's called Kanji. Some of the Chinese characters mean different things in Japanese than in Chinese though. The numbers mean the same thing, I think.
