if you'r from europe play cabal EU, if you'r from USA play cabal USA, you'r lagging meaby of the country range.

Actually, it's not normally intended to work in combo, as you can see the skills are blacked/faded out. Easy to do. Just click an enemy, get long distance, start combo, click skill (Works best with melee skills) then click the number fade step is on. I will tell you, however... The combo bar will go extremely fast.
