@GabrielNotTheAngel hmmm all i can say is practice the actual song, and learn the pentatonic scales for the solos, thats what slash uses mainly, i can actually play this solo better now :D

thanx, do you use audacity or some software to slow down and learn the quick parts like solos or stuff? I mean they are TOO fast my ear and brain cant decode them.. thanx :)

@GabrielNotTheAngel Yes actually for the solo, i got a copy of a live version and got a plugin for windows media player, slowed down the solo to slow mo and learned the finger positioning till i got it, but the easiest program to learn songs is Guitarpro 5, and of course, tabs!

@jacobtheguitarfreak the settings on my spider valve are metal blue, gain is just past half, bass same thing, mid is just below half, treble below half, and thx, i was a little disappointed in the solo since i now can play it properly :)

Dude you are pretty good. This is really good. Ever thought about tapping into some heavier stuff. Maybe some As I lay Dying, All that Remains, Killswitch Engage and Bullet for my Valentine to name a few. Little more of a challenge but I think you could do it. I did enjoy the older stuff.
