  • quantum of solace at the beginning chase

  • Brosnan was the best bond

  • Semi in Licence to Kill: And the most recent is in QoS

  • Where is the car chase for Goldfinger???

  • Moores a legend, cant believe he played bond right up 2 his 50s! And I do think his Bond movies had all the best car chase stunts, the bus, and that car doing that loop off that bridge, I mean thats crazy!! Id change 5th gears top5, take out Daltons car chase at 5, that was abit boring, and put Roger Moores chase from Live and let Die I think it was, in at number 1.

  • @RaikenXion I forgot about the bus! Yeah that was epic.

  • @SkiDaBird If done 2day wud prob b special effects or sumthin

  • @spectre0075 So agree with u there m8

  • BOOM AVIS-SHOT!

  • lol she said chevy v8s and showed a picture of a ford lol

  • I have to agree with there number one from tomorrow never dies, the ending was extremely ironic & very funny....

  • Thumps up if you like Roger Moore.

  • What about The Man With The Golden Gun, with the AMC Hornet doing the Astro Spiral jump, and the Matador that turned into an aeroplane?

  • Roger Moore's jus pure win

  • WTF are they talking about!? WERE THE FUCK IS QUANTUM OF SOLACE!?

THAT WAS THE BEST BOND CAR CHASE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

    WERE IS IT....?

  • @JamesB12003 Uh, look at the date the video was posted.

  • @JamesB12003 this was before craigs bond as the said die another day was the most recent

  • I like the truck chase from licence to kill

  • Now they need to make a top 5 Bond boat chases...

  • @MrThePandaman lol Live and Let Die would've been # 1

  • @Swinger69er The one in Live And Let Die was horrible, wayyyyy to long and boring

  • @TheRitchardgaleHater So what do you think is the best Bond boat chase?

  • @Swinger69er The one in Moonraker is very good

  • Yeah! I guessed no.1!

  • The Living Daylights had the best car chase sequence.

  • For Your Eyes Only had much better car chase of all these.... of course the one in On Her Majesty's Secret Service was great.... and Diamonds Are Forever care chase is better than them all... this top 5 is all shit and shows they know nothing about the series at all....

  • @JessOnTheRun

For your eyes only was with the little yellow one yea? That's my favourite car chase scene

  • oh god that one that was like 20 seconds long=win

  • stupid narrator got it wrong with dr no and die another day having a thirty year difference.

  • what about the man with the golden gun

  • All hail Roger Moore, such a gentleman!!

  • number one now is QUANTUM OF SOLACE

  • James Bond RULES!!!

  • live and let die; bet bond film ever cuz it didn't take itself too seriously

  • i agree!!! best of ever!!,-))

  • You mean Lotus didn't give a free Esprit to Roger??? I wouldn't give Lotus the time of day if it wasn't for Roger Moore driving it.

  • on the BMW the rims are not the same when the tires explode and inflate

  • "Congratulations on a safe journey~"

Just what most Avis shops tell you.

  • and what for you only live twice when the helicopter lifts the bad guys into the air and dumps them in the harbour? that's got to be one of the more spectacular endings to a bond chase...

  • what about the chase from live and let die? in the boats, chased by the hick sheriff...genius.

"secret agent? on whose side?!?", classic

  • I used to hate Bond for wrecking such beautiful cars.

  • my favorite bond chases are goldfinger, on her majesty's secret service, spy who loved me, for your eyes only, living daylights, license to kill, goldeneye, tomorrow never dies, die another day, and quantum of solace

  • Terrible No 1 choice! BMW was a ridiculous product placement car that Bond himself would never have driven! Oooh how great that the *BMW* logo pops up to reveal a pair of wire cutting teeth. Couldn't disagree more.

  • Oh, is that so? Then what, in your opinion is the best Bond car chase?

  • Easy, Spy Who Loved Me Lotus. Great music, car, stunt driving and gadgets.

  • @jameskennedy80 this list does seem to be bias towards the later bond films. probably because BMW paid 5th gear to big up the chases that used their cars...

  • I dont like Daniel Craige and the new james bond

  • Who cares ?

  • Licence to kill was my favourite.

    Which was the truck chase.

  • Surely the chase in Goldinger should be in here as this was the first Bond film to feature a specially adapted car and also because it stands up quite well today.

  • What about Man with the Golden Gun? That should be on the list too!

  • That was good, but there is a lot of critical opposition to TMWTGG- as the critics saw it as too jocular. I thought it was just a light heartrd take on the series.

  • What happend to the chase through the streets of Vegas in Diamonds Are Forever?

  • Excellent vid!!! "Dr. No" to "Die another Day" was 40 years not 30 and they used FORD 5 liter V-8's, Chevy..........

  • LOVE EM ALL. great series. hey he dont look aged to bad. bond!.

  • The carchase is Qos is Fabeulous:) I think it's the best carchase Ever..!

  • goldeneye was asily the best

  • There was no car chase like the one in FYEO, Bond driving a poor yellow 2CV Citroen, with no gadgets at all, in rural environment and narrow road, going down the hill and yet get away.

  • @expanding thats right

  • The Octopussy one with the fabulaous sounding Alfa GTV6 is the best (I'm biased though as I owned a GTV6 in the early nineties...)

  • I just realized.

In the Tomorrow Never Dies car chase, Bond took a risk letting that car fall off like that. What if several innocent people below died? I mean, of course it's just a movie--but still. That was pretty dangerous of him to do that, in terms of hurting civilians.

  • Lol,kind of true. But at least he had the decency to horn. Heh.

  • peirce brosnan and sean connery were the face of bond and did you know that sean connery was a milkman in edinburgh

  • This carchase was one reason why i loved this movie so much!-> the idea with remote control was great and the fact that Pierce Brosnan played James Bond make "Tomorrow never dies" one of the best movies for me. I would say Pierce Brosnan is the 2nd best James Bond right after Sean Connery! I also loved the DBS in the new Casino Royal/Quantum of solace but the actually driving scenes were just too short, poor and had too many CGs

  • agreed.

  • ahhh....wht a pitty . .....they are not make movies like Goldeneye today.....ahh...it almost makes me cry:)

  • The 7 series is amazing!

  • a view to a kill has a cool but dumb chase

  • totally agree with first place. best car chase, best car too

  • 40 years actually c'mon Fifth Gear, get something right.

  • If I am gonna flip one day and steal a vehicle, it is going to be in the middle of a city, hijacking a tank!

  • LMAO!!!! NUMBER ONE IS FUCKING RIGHT :D!!! My ultimate favourite chase haha! Its so good and yes you DON'T NEED CGI TO HAVE A WIKED CHASE!! Sound Effects are fantastic, I loved the reving engines and the tires screeching! Always reminds me of this film when we're in a Carpark and our tyres screech lmao! T hanks for uploading

  • 4.20 "a backlot in Watford". Leavesden Studios honey, at least say it properly!

  • Anybody who knows anything about engines knows those are NOT Chevy engines in those cars. Look at the location of the distributor--- that's a Ford engine! It makes sense. There is no way Ford would've allowed the production crew to put anything but Ford engines in those cars. Ford's flagship divisions powered by Chevy? No way!

  • its a movie, not a commercial

  • If you'll listen to these pieces again, you'll hear about how the car companies took how their car's were portrayed in these movies very seriously.

  • Wait a second, Ford doesn't own either Aston Martin or Jaguar so what are you talking about?

  • nevermind, they are not owned by them now, but they were, I didn't pay attention when I was reading up about them.

  • As the lady explains at the begining, the usual v12s were replaced by chevy v8s so that there would be room to put the missiles/guns in the movie.

  • The lady is wrong. Those V-12s were replaced by Ford V-8s to make room for the missiles/guns.

  • Replaced with AMERICAN engines.

  • so what are you proud now *rolls eyes*

  • Yes I Am :D

  • LOL I don't think you understood, the powerful v12s were replaced with weak v8s so that there would be enough room for the gadgets under the hood (rockets etc).

  • I know, it was a joke. But the "weak V8s" still had as much power as the V12s, a 350 small block can crank an easy 500 horses N/A if set up right.

  • you mean a 351 small block (as in 351 Ford small block).

  • no the 350 because thats the workhorse engine

  • gotta love that remote-controlled car in "Tomorrow Never Dies"

  • Thx for the clip!
