That is for sure a sulcata or a spurred african tortoise.

Temps no lower than 60. If u have a heat lamp, make sure you turn it off at night, (like the sun in nature) & give it plenty of space in it's quarters to move FAR away from the light. The excess heat an cause bacterial growth, and I've seen tortoises ACTUALLY die from this mistreatment.

Only give it fruits in a rare while.

:D ure so smart! x3 i just got a desert tortoise about three months ago. he's only three years old but he's a fast walker. we put him on the treadmill once and he fell off. o_O dont worry he's fine though. xP but that's a great way in getting them excercising now! :D
