I have heard the same song sung in Mandarin by Li Hsiang Lan who has a beautiful voice just like Fong Yim fen. She probably enjoyed this song so much that she tried to sing it in Mandarin. Only the last few phrases could not be sung in mandarin. Katy

I guess the lady who sang this song in Mandarin should be CHANG Loo 張露 instead of Li Hsiang Lan 李香蘭.
