Great Video! What size is your hoop? I have started hooping, but can't keep the darn thing going on my waist. Wondering if my hoop is too small....even though it is the largest in the class. Any tips?
@ZenMamaof2 My hoop is about 44-46". If you are having trouble, upgrade to a larger hoop. Don't feel bad that your hoop is large. Look through other videos of mine and notice my hoop was VERY large in the beginning. You can do this!
That was such a cute video! I was smiling throughout the whole thing. You are a very good hooper, I can't even knee hoop or shoulder hoop yet! YOU GO GIRL!
@MootieScootie Thank you so much! It just takes time, practice and the right tools (ie proper sized hoop). To learn knee hooping, I actually learned on a smaller hoop than my norm.
I'm so happy to see the big hoops coming back into play... I've fallen to the pressure of tiny hoops but I'm ready to break that.. time to bring back the body hoops ppl!
@LadyMoonseed Thank you very much! Yay big hoops! As Philo always says, he'll never go past his 42" hoop. I know I get hung up with the size of my hoop in my head and I've had comments about it before!
@MsLovesparrow The easiest way to explain it is that I push my chest in a four pointed circle. I push forward, to the side, to the back, to the other side and front. Smooth it out and it's a four pointed circle. I can make a tutorial if you'd like. Although there are tutorials on youtube already
I srsly thought this was impossible till now. You're an amazing hooper!
