i mean their still amazing and by far my favorite band, but there's some shit that just will never be the same. this was passion and legacy. this was the band i fell in love with. this was the real green day.

At the times of this gig, they were natural, funny and fucking awesome. Now they're all so fashionable, with make-up and stuff like that.. so un-natural, so commercial.. hell i miss old Green Day and i can't stand people saying there no old/new Green Day, because they clearly changed A LOT, and not in a good way :(

These were still the years when bands had talent and trademarks. I mean like, you see Mike being high on a lot of their 90s shows, but no one says them out loud. Nowadays, when you see some good guitarist in a band, you'd shout out all the habits that he does until it gets boring. Billie had stickers on his guitar, no one mentioned anything about that in the 90s. Nowadays, there's just too many things predicted and perfectly guessed.
