One of my best film memories was championing Unforgiven when Siskel and Ebert hated it. Then they put it at the top of their "10 Movies Calls We Got Utterly Wrong" list for the year, and I felt vindicated.

After watching Unforgiven I can say this.Best movie of 92,best song,best editing,best supporting actor(Gene Hackman).Music should have won an oscar but this is now one of my favourite movies.Clint Eastwood=Hollywood's greatest icon.

Well i can say another thing. One of the best, if not the best movie of all time. The enveloping darkness that seems to completely engulf the characters, the drama, the interior conflict and finally the incredible cinematography. This is the kind of movie that is simply perfect, and could not have become better. This music is simply heart-aching

@seanjeaici Would be hard to call it as perfect as Unforgiven, but it was pretty moving. It's a tender emotional space, and the film had a lot of talent. I'm gaga for Bryce and Cecile, of course. I have no complaints; got my money's worth...transported to a pretty powerful world for two hours. Eastwood never disappoints.
