Thank you for this wonderful video. I too went through the stages of anger and deep depression. How could we not?? I have learned to redirect that into gratitude. It does help. I began seeing a naturopath in NYC. He empowered me with knowledge of how to make my body heal itself, actually body, mind and spirit. We cannot work on just one part of our being. Yes, I still get flare ups but rebound faster.

Hi, I feel like that sometime a lot

My legs are not supporting me, I ma young 43 :O(. I was diagnosted in 2000, CFS and fibro Severe. I have a whell chair, i need to sleep 14 hours a day, before i was in bed for 2 years and half.

Dead i was dead now better in 2009, a bit tho, anyway thanks LOVE LOULOU

Hi Robert! That was well done. When I first fell ill with ME/CFS, I would break out of the house and try to walk somewhere - I would end up collapsed maybe a half-mile from home, and my husband or kids would have to come get me. Eventually I couldn't walk across a room. Your film expressed what that feels like. Thank you. Mary

Mold and CFS symptoms are directly related to each other. You can prove this to yourself by going to walmart buying a $37 dome shaped 9x7 tent,(no stakes needed, nylon very low on VOC'S) setting it up in your bedroom and putting a medium to large size hepa filter in it. Don't come out without a respirator designed for asbestos and mold abatement EVER,For about a week anyways. I know I am not the only one with this condition. PLEASE TRY IT AND CONFIRM IT FOR YOURSELF WHAT YOU ARE UP AGAINST!
