tis 1 i tried since i stop there, erm my personal comment is the pork oil not enough pure coz already mixed with normal frying oil, the noodles not enough Q still cannot fight with sawarak's fuzou noodle!!! i'm just wondering tis noodle really first intro by hakka?
brether..can giv address 4 sarawak fuzou noodle eh?..tis seremban hakka noodle is run by d 2nd generation doing d same style of noodles..whether they maintain d same brand does not matter..cos it was my formative yrs in tasting this noodle..as they r hakka I presume they call it hakka noodle..
You have to go to a town call Seremban in Malaysia to try out this unique taste of hakka noodles, it look simple but their noodles are made by themselve and they will never revel how they make them, I think this same family have being trading for over 50 years, each time I visit Malaysia I tend to take a taxi down south of Kuala Lumpur just to eat this Hakka noodles.

THE BEST HAKKA NOODLE IN THE WORLD.
I missed it. Just dreamed about it last nite. At least 10 packets take home back to KL
and put in the fridge. Keep for emergency.
