So Harry Reid is not only personally responsible for high unemployment, housing prices collapsing, and personal bankruptcy, but he also doesn't care! That's absurd. Why is Angle incompetent? She lists these as three reasons when in fact they're all related. She fails to see the causes for economic decline of the US over the last two decades, that only recently found the bubble unsustainable. Declining domestic production, consumer debt&consumption, war--none of that, it's just H Reid. dumb.

@crislevin Many liberal economist credit FDR with ending the Great Depression with the New Deal. He tripled taxes on those with jobs and helped build America's infrastructure with those who didn't. Through out his ENTIRE Presidency we did not see uneployment below 14% until 1941 when we went to war with Japan. Obama thinks he will end the current recession by emulating FDR. Conservatives argue stealing from the private sector will only perlong & worsen this recession.

@classc63 Carter gutted national defense and reagan restored our place as the premiere superpower on earth. he used the military, nukes, and missile defense system to put the nail in the coffin of the soviet union. Reagan SLASHED tax rates across the board and took one of the worst economies in our history and turned it around, creating over 2 million new jobs. his policies and those espoused by him through the congress of the mid-90s also erased this debt without sacrificing defense spending
