SGFArchive I have a question for you as well as for anybody else that can answer my question. My PC setup I have an AMD Quad Core @2,3 GHz, an XFX ATi 4850 1GB, 8GB RAM, and online at LOWEST settings I get around 15 FPS! But this is only online play where it is lacking smooth gameplay. In the campaign mode I get around 40 FPS on high settings. Seems to me that my internet connection is fine and up and running all the time, but I still get extremely low framerate. Can anybody please help!
You might get a little extra performance but if you're at 15 fps now it would still run bad. Your best option would probably be to get a new processor.
@randir14 Hmmm, I'm gonna try re-platforming Vista because I believe this is primarily the problem regarding malicious viruses and such. Also, my CPU is not only slow in terms of GHz, but is also even slower because the CPU usage is racked up at 100% at ALL times for some reason. Once the re-platforming is complete I think my PC should be running like it should. I'll see what happens.
I downloaded it and played it with a friend, its hard to kill enemies (as usual) not like, they come form nowhere and kill ya, its like you need to shoot like 2 mags to kill each, i hope that the reflexed image of the scope of the sniper are big pixels because is beta, otherwise it sucks lol.
I've only played the 360 demo - see my latest vid man - but it's cool.
The one thing that REALLY shits me about it is the "death cam". You're pretty much forced to get in, set the charge, AND THEN start the killing. If you start shooting before you get in, at least one bloke knows where you are, up to 3 more if he's on comms with his squad.
im getting this CPU next month...do you think my ati radeon 4770 will be good enough to play this game?

It might be your processor. Even though it's a quad core, 2.3 is really low for today's games.

we'll sometimes it drops down to about 40 in like 2-3 seconds in heavy fights but it's not much. 40 fps is playable as well.

@SGFArchive well for myself, only 60 fps feels playable .. if you run a game constantly on 60 and then suddenly 40 fps its annoying me..
so only in big fights you got some fps drops or? casue of explosions and particle effects i think
