@sachinabey FlashDevelop, Eclipse/FDT(Flash Development Tool). if you ask me you should take FlashDevelop. i hate FlashBuilder.

@saiazad No. While the Flex Platform is open source and free, the Flex Builder software is available from Adobe. Adobe does offer a free trail on their web site if you'd like to try before you buy.

@LearnToProgramDotTV I think the major problem of Flex Platform is that the beginner doesnt know that Flex is Free and you can use Eclipse with it and have a ultra-similar interface to Flas Builder

first u need to learn some programmations tutorial at any school or on web, then u'll undertand AS2 and 3,

so learn JAVA or C# first then learn AS
