little advice for all of those who have this pancake for breakfast:
put 100g of oats in coffee mill and u'll get kewl flour. put 5 whites and 1 yolk (as said in video) and then mix it up well. after mixing mixture, slice one banana in it or peel one apple and then grate it in mixture. after this, put cinnamon and mix mixture again. i bet u'll like this this more than recipe in video ;)

You just take 25grams of protein only! If your want to be a serious body builder add 10 eggs whites and 2 whole eggs, so you take 50grams protein. 100grams oats can give you 70-75grams of carbs

I've been using this recipe for about a year and I can tell that this is absolutely delicious! I plus add salt, pepper, garlic, dill, chives, cumin, chili and paprika cream. A perfect meal for anybody!
This is a simple and creative idea. I can't afford to eat 5 eggs a day or buy Healthy Choice soup, so I buy regular canned soup and only use half of the can and add oats and milk or water and bump up the flavor with spices.
meh i prefer my oats in a soup i just take one of those healty choice soup cans pour that shit into pot ad 1 cup of water salt pepper + 1.5 cups of oats or 1.25cup of quick oats and let that shit boil for 1 minute and got a meal

@talkingwisdom it's more of a breakfast thing, or pre workout due to the oats are slow digesting so they will keep you fueled for longer. i personally love oats and never miss a chance to eat them.

quick, simple and got all the nutrients - I do however skip the yolk and add 10whites since that equals around 40g of protein. And, I recommend blending it all with electric blender before cooking. one might add some walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax, sunflower seeds, raisins, dates to the mix. Best tastes topped with crunchy peanut b. and espresso - perfect breakie.
5 egg whites. Blend well and pour batter in pan like a pancake. Top it off with 1/2 cup sugar free syrup and you have a nutritious meal. Bout 360 calories, 40 carbs and 42 protein.

If you're keen, whack blueberries or strawberries into the mix if you're having this in the morning - makes for a lot more taste and the antioxidants and vitamins are a massive bonus. Never eat a meal that doesn't have colour i.e. veges or fruit...they tell me :) Good luck!

I do 1/2 cup oats,
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
5 egg whites. Blend well and pour batter in pan like a pancake. Top it off with 1/2 cup sugar free syrup and you have a nutritious meal. Bout 360 calories, 40 carbs and 42 protein.

meh... those things are stodgy as fuck and stick to your teeth. its easier to add a cup full in a shaker bottle with milk and drink it like a shake.

Blueberries, Raspberries, strawberries and blackberries with a little fresh vanilla for a summer- like flavour.

You can eat them healthy raw, so frying is most likely healthy too. As long as you're not deepfrying them. :)

this is good stuff man...i mix it in there though with about 20 grams of banana bread flavored oatmeal...for a lil taste...and its really good....by the way did u know arnold use to eat his eggs whole?...apperently yolk contains as much protein as the egg white...as well as having most of the vitamins and minerals...and ofcourse some cholesterol...but even so, he would rather eliminate the fat from other meals than the eggs...hu

If you're keen, whack blueberries or strawberries into the mix if you're having this in the morning - makes for a lot more taste and the antioxidants and vitamins are a massive bonus. Never eat a meal that doesn't have colour i.e. veges or fruit...they tell me :) Good luck!
