  • Just make sure to keep yourself hydrated, during such hot workouts. If you dehydrate yourself, you can cause yourself kidney problems. If taken to the extreme, kidneys can actually shut down, due to being pushed to hard. Drinking fluids and being hydrated during a workout, can actually help you work out longer, and harder.

  • at 114 degrees the intestinal fortitude that Dale has is phenomenal. the development is coming along very well too dude!
