  • @Nerdsansintelligence come on dude daft punk is from 1994 or something thats impossible

  • @ruidodeaura He's right you dipshit. Kraftwerk was formed in 1970, do some research you dumb cunt.

  • @antistupidity84 no thats impossible, so are you telling me that this bunch of queers with computers are the same age as bethoven? haha u gotta be kidding me

  • @ruidodeaura Shut the fuck up you little hipster Skrillex-loving Hot Topic obsessed scenester faggot, go ask Afrika Bambaata, Hashim, New Order, Depeche Mode, Uberzone, even Daft Punk who they cite as their inspirations, and Kraftwerk often comes up in their list you little queermonkey.

  • @ruidodeaura Uh... reverse that.

  • @ruidodeaura shut up kid. as stated in comment go listen skrillex. dont troll here!!! kraftwerk are electronic gods. along with jean michelle jarre.

  • @Pytzek001 hhahaha Fans are so predictable

  • kraftwerk - numbers = goggleplex to the tenth power fraxton of the power of all 4 of them posted by lunar sound enterprise

  • YEAH!!!!

My gay friends stimulated their highly orgasmic buttholes by putting this song at FULL BLAST as they were just dreaming of Larry Craig to give blumpkins since Kraftwerk is just great music to frot fuck gay guys to.

  • We were much cooler back in the era. I agree these guys are the bases for today's electronic musics. You might also remember Japanese Yellow Magic Orchestra.

  • hell of a GOOD A TUNE HERE wow awesome indeed

  • Ghosts in the machine

  • This song is to much for the computer to comprehend.

  • einfach so geil das lied

  • they are so badass

    I <3 Robots :-]

  • Mason! What do these numbers mean?

  • these guys have been around since the 70's

  • These are the fathers of electro-pop!!!

  • cara mto loko mtoo booom perfeito!

  • ich ni san shi

  • there would be hip-hop, house, rave without this one group. I prefer Kraftwerk though than 99% of that.

  • Do you think you could fix the sound? It's WAY uneven.

    Other than that nice video!

  • すみません。

クラフトワーク は ノレる ので 踊りに 最適 ですね。

    ストレッチなども。

  • Awesome... :D

  • 足のストレッチを してください

  • @RuRulanlan ein? xD

  • トイレに よく、行ってください。

  • Ohne Sinn und Verstand- dass tut GUT!!!

  • Wow this is an electro hip hop classic I'm glad I grew up in the era when the music was so fresh and new.

  • back in the day poplockin' in Oceanside, California at the pier takin' a popin' contest at sunset, krook city

  • NUMBERS WAS SO AHEAD OF ITS TIME, YOU COULD PLAY THIS AT ANY CLUB "NOW" AND GET A GREAT RESPONDS

  • LOL. Numbers was released in 1979. I remember it like was yesterday. I was a poplockin' fool back in the day this one from Kraftwerk, along with Firecracker (yellow magic orchestra) and Knee Deep from Parliament Funkadelic were some of my toughest cuts to dance too.

  • @Nostromati yeah sure

  • THE MOST UNDERATED ARTIST OF THEIR TIME......I STILL LISTEN TO THEM

  • @ELTIGREROCKS10NEW, "Numbers" was released in 1981 from the Computer World album, which I rushed out to buy with my pocket money!

  • Withouth them there would not be any Hip Hop , House , Techno , Rave and many other genres !

  • @chabi3000 thered be hip hop without them

  • @Tmack22222 there would not be hip hop beats without them just ask afrika bambaata

  • @bodybagish nah hip hop wouldve jus came later than it did

  • @Tmack22222 well now i dont believe the beats would be the same or the rhythm and melodies without kraftwerk... even early breakdancing and hip-hop tapes had kraftwerk songs on them and listen to stuff like ice-t's first record "reckless" or one of N.W.A.'s earliest tunes called "paanic zone" maybe this will help you understand more where I am coming from

  • @chabi3000 I AGREE!

  • thats krazy,,,made me love turntables

  • What year was this from?

  • this is b.s. (before skrillex) hahaha

  • great track!!!!

  • the gods of electronic music!

  • "Florian Schneider looked like a madman who could blow up the entire world by pressing one button and not make a single movement in the face" (reporter on MOJO in the seventies)

  • @alexnordh BWAAhaha! Florian is probably a really nice guy...

  • 23 people no robots

  • Planet rock by afrika bambatta and the soul sonic force knew that this simple groove created by some electctro-german group was a beat that would endure even to now and by the way in the firebird suite by stravinsky there is a rythm in the dance of witches that has the same rythm ...true fact. check it out its in the hrons and timps.

  • Thanks for the ınsıght, you may also notıce I dont have dots on my ı eıther. Im wrıtıng on a Turkısh keyboard so ım a bıt lımıted on my letters. But ı do have letters such as: ğ ü ş ç ö whıch bet you dont have! Cheers!

  • Synthesizers had been around a long time people. Kraftwerk somehow crafted a "hard" edge to the sound because they didn't have a bassline, and sort of minimized/stripped the tone. Listening to their subsequent songs I think Numbers was a lucky stroke.

  • These people cant even bob their heads

I'd be gettin my robot on all over the dance floor!

  • @jrfitz88 That's because they don't really know why this song was a hit...still don't, 30 years later.

  • Makes my Tutonic genes well up with pride.

  • @motographix You can't even spell Teutonic. lol

  • Kraftwerk didn´t create electronic music - it was probably Stockhausen or someone who came up that. But they certainly were the forefathers of electronic music with a steady beat...

  • @peterikarlstad Synthesizers and beats had been used for quite some time before Kraftwerk or any other group. Maybe you mean synths without any other instruments. They were arguably the first to make a James Brown type beat with only synths. Maybe. But it was a new sound.

  • this songs beat is sooooooooo awesome.

  • i bet this is where techno came from.

  • @chiefdancingostriche Kraftwerk didn't create it, but they sure as hell made it popular and would go on to inspire alot of people, like Gary Numan and New Order, to use it in America and The UK respectively.

  • I can't remember, why don't they use the numbers 9 & 0?

  • @ELTIGREROCKS10NEW por que no son numeros primos

  • @ELTIGREROCKS10NEW cause 7 ate nine!!!!!! har har har har!!! oh gosh, I feel my sides splitting from all this laughter!!!

  • @ELTIGREROCKS10NEW because there are measures in music, like 4 8 12 16 and so on....

  • I used to listen to Kraftwerk's albuns during my youth long time ago... almost everything that new musicians do in electronic music nowadays is not novelty. It is somehow sampling KW's masterpieces. Blessed be KraftWerk!!

  • Germeny has another elecro God, Siriusmo

  • Are they sampling a Speak and Spell there? Or was this song produced before the Speak and Spell era?

  • this the wind technique? of kenny?

  • Much better than polka.

  • "The numbers Mason. What do they mean?"

  • @Somethingcrappy what are u talking about ? and wich number ?

  • Yes they were German and they rocked the hood.

  • this looks like the lamest concert ever

  • @sathookup that's because kraftwerk's all about the music!

  • @modgemtb They're not bad . Used to listen to them in 8th Grade when Daft Punk just came out.

  • Spirit is a white guy with no sense of rhythm.

  • @mndeg Probably :)

  • @mndeg fuck off racist

  • @mndeg biggest contradicting statement ever. Kraftwerk are the children of the end of the Third Reich. How much whiter can you get?

  • @mndeg That white guy has got AIDS.

  • @bookzero too black to understand white mans music

  • @MrPblower Nah white guy, I'm a red robot.

  • @MrPblower I'm just coming in on your conversation, but I'm of african ancestry who loves our music and loved this music back then. in fact, this sounds better than the orginal. I'll be playing this a lot. but I gotta say, it is WEIRD to see people who are playing music just STANDING THERE like wax figures. What's the point? Is this an exercise in proving that they can CONTROL their feelings? the whole things seems very UNHUMAN.

  • Have you all lost you fuken minds, Great job forceing something positive to say about this random shit noises some refer to as music, who in the rite fuken mind would waiste a saterday nite to go see this mindless rank.

  • @spritquest35m > doesn't know English

    >Doesn't know musics history

    >listens to usher not knowing that kraftwerk created electronic music

    >dies alone

  • @sparkey989 well said!

  • It's a fact that this group are the "creators of Hip-Hop and Electronic Music"......Oh by the way, they did created the format of first rap video. Spirit definitely needs a History / Reality check!

  • @Slsweetheart98 I wonder if my comment had anything to do with him un-favoriting like fifteen Usher videos...

  • @sparkey989 Kraftwerk didn't create electronic music - check wiki under "electronic music" - but your point is well taken : )

  • @spritquest35m What music one likes is a matter of taste and opinion. A lot of people would objectively call the music you like shit, but that would be equally wrong because it's a matter of opinion and not fact. Who in the right fucking mind would waste a saturday night on listening to soft jazz with Dave Koz and Chris Botti? Right - you would, because you like it, it's your opinion. Grow up and think before you make another stupid comment.

  • This song helped me pass my online algebra quiz....

  • i am going to teach my kids to count by having them listen to this.

  • I heard this song on an episode of Spongebob.... Great song though, really catchy :D

  • @GuardianLuxe what episode????

  • i would pop and lock sometimes at this show

  • Trans Europe Express. Trans Eurpoe Express. I keep hearing that in the background. Awesome group. Lead singer looks a lot like Karl Richter, who performs an awesome version of Toccata and Fugue in D minor., which is also available on youtube. Thanks for the upload.

  • Duran`s - All She wants is , sounds like this song .....

  • Awesome. Havent heard this in ages and it blows the old tape cassette version away! Nice.

  • @grahamhg What they are witnessing is a work of art. :)

  • bad assery

  • In this world should count only Numbers & Letters. That is pure and rough definition of responsability in the core.

  • they are robots..hehehe

  • 11111111000000000000 1010111111

  • kraftwerk

    masters of electro

    ;]

  • Not really original

  • @nikikouz They are the originators you moron !!!

  • @trickykid73 Were they around during the Second World War? Good music!

  • @trickykid73 Yup, a majority of Hip Hop, Booty Bass, Electro, Freestyle sampled them - or just say they pioneered the 80's music sound first.

Artists still sample them today and don't credit Kraftwerk's samples.

  • I wish they would come to Philly... oh well... looks like I'm off to Dusseldorf.

  • the inventors of modern music

  • Great sound quality for a Vid.

Fucking hate it when this shit is on camera phones.

  • I was there.

  • germany made the beats jazz made the words cool

  • reminds me of the "Dance Club" music from the film "Robocop".

  • Great sound quality for a concert recording!

  • They don't even make it to 10 but damn its funky!

  • chimba!

  • @BLSNunsWithGunsLJA

    "this song is just shocking"

Nothing to say about this comment. I'm just pointing it out.

  • german accent is sexy!!!

  • @chineseclownbaby

Yes I think that accent is sexy too

  • @Rubystars1000 WOW i thought was the only one :) x xxx

  • 12345678

  • lol, really? KRAFTWERK CAN COUNT TO 8?????????????????? lol seriously, i love kraftwerk, but this must be THE MOST MEANINGLESS SONG EVER RECORDED.

  • @BLSNunsWithGunsLJA

perhaps, but for god's sake, this is kraftwerk. if you want meaningful anyhting you shouldnt be listening to kraftwerk. maybe a chemistry lecture would give you meaningful information, but this is ever so much more entertaining.

  • @ikilldhitler this song sucks, no offense, because i really love kraftwerk... this song is just shocking, a chemistry lecture would honestly be more entertaining.

  • @BLSNunsWithGunsLJA

yall MUST be trollin. Chemistry is one of thee best sciences!

  • @BLSNunsWithGunsLJA

Also I must say, Kraftwerks genius lies in their minimalism. Counting to 8 can only happen because of complex, abstract psychological constructs, millions of years of evolution. Kraftwerk displays this. Also, the basics of mathematics, the fundamental truth in our universe, what is meaningless about that? It's all meaning.

  • @Zoasterboy kk, takes more effort to write that than 2 simply listen to neon lights instead olololo.

  • Comment removed

  • was wurde denn da gemacht?= ich check des nicht brauch des aber für musik unterricht !

  • @Marylu1911 o.O'

  • I agree even Stephen Hawking would have to get out of his chair to this masterpiece :) They are so electro cos they invented it!!! lol

  • 1:20 the release transition there makes my butt-hole itchy i dunno why

i guess im allergic to numbers

  • @DancingSpiderman

Imagine if Kraftwerk gave you a colonoscopy it would be Tour De Arse!

Sorry but I think your comment is THE FUNNIEST comment I have ever seen on YT. Imagine hearing that transition LIVE at the venue - standing close to the speakers. I did at Tribal Gathering and it gave me the most enjoyable piles ever!!!!!!

  • @nutster9000 I came here to reply to yer comment about that you like my comment, but now my itchy returned within my butthole. Please don't reply again OK, so I don't have to come back again and get itchy @ 1:20 and... OH CRAP, it's happening AGAIN @ 2:19 ..

The US Military was developing a riot-control weapon based on low-frequency sound that causes uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. Maybe you mosh pit dancers were guinea pigs for the beta test of the weapon...

  • @DancingSpiderman damn, i crak me up...

  • Germany is cool. To hell with the bigots still living in the 40's and thinking of the Nazis, here's where it's at FOOLS!
