@CDTbossy you can not use a convertible much in california.. its the same as say newyork. go to florida.. its cheaper there.. and relativly warmer cause its down south... california gets cold in the winter. duh

@bigboshit Be careful. My first car was an old minivan, and that's what I recommend. You WILL make mistakes, and it's nice to have something that's a bit forgiving. That V-6 honestly has about 200 hp more than you should have in your first car, and at the wrong end of the vehicle, too! Like I said, be careful!

@apalsenberg I am pretty sure for it's 30 thousand dollar base price you would be hard pressed to find a car that could out lap it on an average road course.... that of course is based on the fact that the 2010 Mustang handled better than the Camaro in comparison tests and I do not know if Chevy has any handling upgrades in the works for 2011.

@SixHundredHP Let's see ...NO Camaro sales from 2003-2008 = pent-up demand by Camaro fans. 2011 Mustang GT with new 5.0 V8, and 2011 Mustang V6 with 305 HP & 31 MPG = Mustang fans waiting for the 2011 model. Let's see if Camaro can keep it up in calendar year 2010. If so, good for GM: They sure need the money since they still owe taxpayers $50 billion!

@vintimv001 The 2011 Mustang GT has 91 octane recommended IIRC, but you can run it safely even on 87 octane. The engine adjusts itself to suit the gas you put into it.

Ford is the first car company to make a 300+ hp car that gets over 30 mpgs... That's amazing. However, I still don't like Ford. I'd rather get a Nissan or Infiniti. After watching the movie "Flash of Genius" I just can't get myself to like Fords.
