Fantastic words of wisdom my friend. My wife and I have been together for almost twenty years and married for twelve years. What you are saying makes perfect sence hearing it and should be a big part of everyday life for all of us with everyone in our lives. Awesome! Thumbs up! Peace....Jim
@AwakenedBuddhist times are changing......we need pple like you to spread and educate the sleepers with your personal wisdom......the old paradime which include the 7 deadly sins WILL cease to exsist......our job is to lay it to rest.
Anger for example is a burning sensation in the body, if we can meditate on the feeling, allowing the sensation to be, with out mental dialogue to enhance the sensation, we can transmute it.
Feel the sensation, when mental dialogue occurs around the emotion occurs, use this as a reminder to go back into the sensation, with this practice the emotion will pass.
Have you read Candice Pert's book-Molecules of emotions.
she discovered that unexperienced emotions that are not processed or allowed to run its course are stored in the body, when something triggers that emotion in the body, the mind enhances it.

PS
The emotion can be turned into an meditation.
