Great movie! One of my all time favorite films! They say that even Raymond Chandler didn't know who committed one of the murders (the Sternwood's chauffer) in the often convulated plot. But I think Joe Brody did it; Joe denies it but I don't see who else could have done it or wanted to. Just my random musing....this is one movie classic where style overpowers substance. Few viewers care much about the plot because the cast & dailoug are so scinitallating. THANKS for posting this!!! :)
