I only knew of three chapters. I know a fourth was later added. But the three I'm familiar with are "Knee Deep in the Dead", "The Shores of Hell", and "Inferno". Is this the other chapter?
I think you have had enough of doom already :D but nice vid. I played first doom on Nightmare and thought that it is unreal to do but apparently it is possible congrats to you.
