I'm playing through extreme as Zero and this guy is what worries me more than anything in the game. I was playing it blind through normal mode, but going up top and killing his dopplegangers one at a time seems to make him a lot easier.

I hated this stage and b oss so much 1st the stage is just coming at you from all angles then you get to the boss and sometimes it's like non-stop multipling no wonder he's a flea it's annoying as hell
