How is "where was this at" bad english. I mean he could have said "Where was this concert at?" You need to log into the 16 year old videos. Now that is bad english I don't know what the hell half those kids are writing their english is so poor.

Just viewed this for the first time, so I'm not being critical here. It's the freaking internet; speak as improperly as you want!
But you aren't supposed to end a sentence in a preposition. So yeah, "where was this at" is "bad english."
