@SuperSaiyanSonic75 i'm thinking it's becuase doctor wily built evil robots ad had no real power of his own, while sigma's programming enters ever stronger bodies no matter how many times you destroy him. in otherwords, doctor wily's a weak human and sigma is a powerful enemy, it makes the story interesting. i'm bored, which is why i'm replying to an old comment . lol. though yes, fighting dr wily was fun in the old games.
